Movie Juice S2 Ep 001 – Black Swan

I remember seeing the trailer to a movie when I was younger. In the trailer there was a crowd of people in a neighborhood. Something had happened and there was no power so people where fighting over flashlights and batteries in the trailer. What movie is this?This movie could have been in early 2000’s or late 90’s.

Here are a few movie clips i added together with a app on Itunes called Splice its very good for simple editing

its made by peter Jackson or James Cameron or either one of those guys but its a movie trailer where a train is taking something to a base and a truck goes on the tracks to derail the train and that in turn it shows something trying to get off the train cart thats all i can remember from it

I figured that the collector set of all the DVDs would be released soon after the 4th movie comes out on DVD but can’t find the release date anywhere?
