Taylor Swift hit twitter over the Christmas holiday weekend to fill her fans and followers in on a secret she admitted to having held on to for a very, very long time. She, along with The Civil Wars released the first song from the Hunger Games track listing. The collaborative song is titled “Safe & Sound,” and within no time flat, it took the number ranking on iTunes. According to MTV, the run-down will also include Arcade Fire and the Decemberists. However, what has die-hard fans most pumped up is the fact that the movie’s star — Jennifer Lawrence — will also have a song on the soundtrack. According the soundtrack’s producer, T. Bone Burnett, Jennifer’s singing was quote “beautiful.” HE added that “she did great. She’s singing great.
