Its so hard to predict the release dates for things in this country (NZ), because it’s so far behind all the big countries.
It would make life easier just looking on a website, rather than reading all the junk mail that comes weekly.

I’d prefer more or less Sci-Fi type of movies, but anything really it doesn’t matter as long as its good. I enjoy movies that make you think a bit, a little suspense. As long as its pretty late, like made in the year 1998 and up.

I like action/adventure, fantasy, and oddball type of movies, but I don’t really like chick flicks or slasher type movies.

Just got an HD-DVD player and I was hoping there was some sort of website that detailed what is planned to be released on HD-DVD. For instance, I read on wikipedia that 300 is planned for an HD release in America, but could not see any confirmation of a release in Europe. I’d like to know this and more future releases.

I’m looking for a site which lists new movie and TV releases on DVD. Preferrably the site will also have user ratings/comments for the movies AND a section for upcoming (not YET released) movies and TV series. The site should be for North America. I’d prefer a site which had a clean and easy-to-read layout, which doesn’t require searching to find what I’m looking for.
